Lawlor The Irish name Lawlor is derived from the native Gaelic O'Leathlobhair Sept. This Sept was also the name of two early Kings of the Ulidia. The main Sept was located in Leix in what is now the County Offaly and Laoise area. Lalor and Lawler are variants.
