Devlin The name Devlin in Ireland is derived from the native Gaelic O'Doibhilin Sept that was located in the Province of Ulster in the North of the country. A separate Sept was also located in County Sligo and it is in this County and in the Northern Counties that the majority of descendants can still today be found.
