Bagwell The name Bagwell in Ireland was brought to the country by settlers who arrived from England especially during the seventeenth century. The main settlement point was in County Tipperary and especially in the town of Clonmel. It is in Tipperary and in surrounding Counties that the majority of descendants can still today be found.
